Jaipur:<\/strong> Come April 11 and the cricket extravaganza in Jaipur will begin, after a wait of almost two years. The first Indian Premier League (IPL) match will be played between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils at SMS Stadium in Jaipur on April 11.<\/p>\n

Many Jaipurites told The PinkCity Post<\/strong> that the wait of two months for the first match would be difficult to stand.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been waiting for the matches in Jaipur for almost two years. Now we have to wait two more months. But the thing is we will finally get to watch Rajasthan Royals in action and this is just great,\u201d said Sumit Rajpurohit, a resident of Sodala.<\/p>\n

Here is the schedule of the matches that are to be played at SMS Stadium in Jaipur:<\/p>\n

April 11 (8 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils<\/p>\n

April 18 (8 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders<\/p>\n

April 22 (8 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians<\/p>\n

April 29 (4 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad<\/p>\n

May 8 (8 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab<\/p>\n

May 11 (8 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings<\/p>\n

May 19 (4 pm):<\/strong> Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore<\/p>\n

Rajeev Khanna, vice president of Rajasthan Royals, said the matches are finally happening in Jaipur and it is great news for cricket lovers of the city.<\/p>\n

Following the BCCI ban, the matches were not happening in Jaipur for the past two years.<\/p>\n

The legendary Australian cricketer Shane Warne will mentor Rajasthan Royals. Under his leadership, Rajasthan Royals had a title run in the inaugural IPL way back in 2008. Jaipurites will get to see him on the grounds while training the team before the matches.<\/p>\n
