{"id":3213,"date":"2018-01-10T16:49:56","date_gmt":"2018-01-10T11:19:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/?p=3213"},"modified":"2018-01-10T16:49:56","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T11:19:56","slug":"food-inspector-clerk-arrested-acb-taking-bribe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/food-inspector-clerk-arrested-acb-taking-bribe\/","title":{"rendered":"Food inspector, clerk arrested by ACB for taking bribe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur: Rajasthan police\u2019s anti-corruption bureau (ACB) on Wednesday arrested food inspector, identified as Sriram Mishra deputed in the office of chief medical and health officer (CMHO) in Rajsamand after he allegedly caught red-handed taking a bribe of Rs 10,000.<\/p>\n<p>He was taking the bribe for not taking action against a dairy for food safety violations, ACB officials said.<\/p>\n<p>One Kalu Singh Chohan approached the ACB and registered a complaint against Meena.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe verified the complaint and laid a trap. Meena was arrested taking the bribe red-handed,\u201d DG ACB Alok Tripathi said.<\/p>\n<p>The ACB also arrested ASI Mohan Kumar Ninama after he was allegedly caught red-handed taking a bribe of Rs 10,000.\u00a0 The ASI was deputed in Sadar police station of Basnwara town.<\/p>\n<p>Mohan Kumar was demanding bribe from ACB\u2019s complainants \u2013 Kantilal Bheel and Havaji Bheel\u00a0 for not taking two criminals on production warrant and not making them an accused in some cases of theft, ACB DG Tripathi said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter verifying the complaint, ACB caught Mohan Kumar red-handed taking a bribe of Rs 10,000,\u201d said the officer.<\/p>\n<p>The ACB also nabbed junior clerk Sandeep Kumar deputed in the SDM office of Jhunjhunu\u2019s Malsisar area for taking a bribe of Rs 4,000.
