They are starting a wrong tradition to seek an advantage during the elections,\u201d said Gehlot.<\/p>\n<p>He wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inform him that the foundation stone for the refinery had been laid on December 22, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt would have been better had the Prime Minister visited the state to inaugurate the refinery.
