Jaipur:<\/strong> The students of Jaipur-based Arch College of Design and Business showcased their cutting-edge designs, crafts and arts, and exhibited innovative concepts at the forth day of the ‘Rajasthan Heritage Week’ being orgnaised by Rajasthan Government at Hotel Diggi Palace in Jaipur .<\/p>\n The Rajasthan heritage Week, an extravagant celebration of fashion is a unique occasion that brings together the conventional textile arts of the state and the most talented fashion designers. It opened on December 7 and will conclude today December 10.<\/p>\n The aim of this event is to highlight India\u2019s own fabric of Khadi and popularize it at an international level. The Rajasthan Heritage Week is not only a medium to educate the youth about the importance of Khadi but also to make it a fashion statement. The festival is organized in a joint effort of Rajasthan Government with Prasad Bidapa Associates. Prasad Bidapa is a famous fashion choreographer who is also the Show director and format creator for the event.<\/p>\n The students of Arch college of Design and business displayed their extensive range of eye-catching garment design collections, crafted products using traditional and conventional materials including Bamboo .<\/p>\n The students designed and developed innovations using Rajasthan style fabrics, raw materials, crafts and art work, in various media suited to Indian and global markets.<\/p>\n As part of the Rajasthan Heritage week an interactive session ‘An overview of Fashion Industry’ with Delhi based renowned Designer Urvashi Kaur was also organised with students of Arch College.<\/p>\n “We are committed to popularise heritage traditions of Rajasthan State and proud to be part of the Rajasthan Heritage week for last Three years ” said Archana Surana, director and founder Arch college Design and Business.<\/p>\n “Arch college has been adding courses to meet the global market’s futuristic expectations as per international standards.
