The body was spotted by the members of a rescue team near Gujjar Ki Thadi, nearly two kilometers from the spot Ayush had drowned. The family members who were informed by the police reached the spot and identified the body. It was nearly decomposed and stinking. The incident took place on August 25. Watch the video below:<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5bkJv3AoBCs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Nearly 45 members of Civil Defense and 30 people from SDRF were roped in to find the body of Ayush Garg, however they could not trace it for almost seven days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have found the body in the drain near Gujjar Ki Thadi. It was stuck in garbage. It floated to the surface and was in the process of decomposition,\u201d and SDRF official said.<\/p>\n<p>Some onlookers shot a video showing Ayush trying to save himself. As the car overturned in the water, he climbed on it. But the flow of water was so high that he could not keep the balance and fell into the drain. he car got stuck in bushes and was recovered a few hours after the incident.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2367img-responsive aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ayush-garg-who-was-swept-away-in-Kartarpura.jpg\" alt=\"ayush garg who was swept away in Kartarpura\" width=\"500\" height=\"583\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ayush-garg-who-was-swept-away-in-Kartarpura.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.pinkcitypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ayush-garg-who-was-swept-away-in-Kartarpura-257x300.jpg 257w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The family members of the victim blocked Tonk Road twice accusing administration of negligence and not doing enough to find the body.<\/p>\n<p>The state human rights commission is probing if the negligence on part of the administration resulted in the tragedy. The commission has sought a report on the incident from JMC commissioner within 20 days.<\/p>\n<p>The commission took cognizance of media reports, saying that the incident happened because there was no railing on both sides of the drain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe car was swept away by the drain due to the lack of railing.
