Those wanting to gift yoga session were asked to post a selfie with their mother on their Facebook\/Instagram account using hash tag #yogaformymom. The lucky first were chosen to gift their mothers a free yoga session.<\/p>\n<p>Abhimanyu Singh Rathore, founder of the Things To Do said that mothers often tend to put the needs of their family and children before their own needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYoga is the perfect way to restore one\u2019s mental and physical balance. As a tribute to mothers in the Pink City, we planned a free yoga session for them on International Mothers\u2019 Day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The yoga session was\u00a0conducted by a cerified Yoga master &#8212; Acharya Dharmendra Kumar Sharma. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for last 14 years in many reputed organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The session taught the wisdom and techniques of yoga in a pure, joyful and thorough manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYoga helps one to restore balance by strengthening the body, calming the mind, regaining focus and improving self confidence. The session was open to mothers of all ages\u00a0and levels of practice.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh fruit juices and badges that read &#8216;I am a fit mom&#8217; were provided to the ladies at the end of the session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: Want to share this story with someone?
