JAIPUR: ‘Roboverse,’ a startup initiated by students from Poornima College of Engineering (PCE), Jaipur, has secured funding of Rs 3 lakh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The concept is the brainchild of Hitesh Parihar and Himanshu Rajput from PCE, in collaboration with Narayan Jangid, an alumnus of MBM, Jodhpur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The startup aims to provide robotics education in schools, enabling students to access robotics instruction despite resource limitations. The innovative concept attracted the attention of IGET Innovation Labs, which decided to fund the Roboverse team’s efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hitesh Parihar explained that they have developed a kit suitable for students from grades 4 to 9, designed to be user-friendly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This kit, packed with modern tools and sensors, will allow school students to create sophisticated robots while learning the intricacies of robotics progressively. They also plan to establish Roboverse’s tinkering labs in a selection of schools, offering students hands-on training in robotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Manoj Gattani, Co-Founder of IGET Innovation Labs, praised the innovation, noting that such companies currently represent less than one percent of the market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
While most similar companies offer Lego kits, Roboverse extends into more advanced areas like robotics and 3D printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
