Additionally, Chief Minister Gehlot has approved the financial proposal for the creation of 39 new positions and the necessary resources to support the task force&#8217;s operations. The new roles will consist of various positions, including one Superintendent of Police and one Additional Superintendent of Police, five Police Inspectors and Head Constables, and 20 Constables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipped with state-of-the-art resources, the task force will focus on taking strict action against guilty candidates and institutions involved in paper leaks. The Chief Minister initially announced the initiative in the 2023-24 budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development follows the passage of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Bill, 2022, by the state government in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. The bill includes stringent provisions, such as imprisonment for examinees, debarment from public examinations, and destruction of the culprits&#8217;
