JAIPUR: A 32-year-old woman dietician, identified as Radhika Mangal, committed suicide by consuming sleeping pills at her flat in the Pratap Nagar area on Monday night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her suicide note, the dieticians who worked at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital stated that she had been fighting mental health issues for the past few months and appealed that no organization or company should take advantage of their employees. She also seated that she didn\u2019t have any issues with anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a police officer, Radhika Mangal was a resident of Sawai Madhopur. She had been living in a rented flat in Sector-8 of Pratap Nagar for the past two and a half years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Radhika wrote a suicide note upon arriving at the flat on Monday night, and subsequently consumed an excessive amount of sleeping pills. A<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Monday night, Radhika’s younger brother attempted to contact her via phone several times but received no answer. Concerned about her well-being, he reached out to the landlord and requested that he check on Radhika. The landlord then went to Radhika’s flat to speak with her brother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police rushed Radhika to a hospital from where she was referred to SMS Hospital due to her critical condition. She died while undergoing treatment at SMS Hospital. On Tuesday afternoon, after the arrival of the family members, the police handed over the dead body after getting the postmortem done by a medical board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her suicide note, she wrote that she didn\u2019t have any issues with anyone and had been struggling with mental health for the past 5-6 months. She also mentioned that her financial situation was not good. She supposedly requested for a salary hike, but didn\u2019t get one. It caused her to develop a negative mindset and was overwhelmed by work pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
