The conclave ignited a new thought process among students, helped them develop new perspectives, and cleared the nuances of entrepreneurship to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ranjana Thanvi, Founder and Group CEO of Memorres Pvt Ltd was the chief guest of the conclave. She is also the Google Women TechMakers Ambassador. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chandni Jagga, Director of Cloudminister Technologies Private Limited; Aastha Agarwal Jain, Founder of PinkBlueIndia.com; Saumya Yadav, Founder of Aanklan IT Solutions and Divya Babbar, Director of Braintech Education and Placement Services were other speakers in the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ranjana Thanvi explained what entrepreneurship actually means, the right skill set required to be one, and how one can learn through failures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chandni Jagga shared her success story and future planning with the students. Aastha Agarwal Jain discussed the common failures in the case of new startups. She shared some new ideas with the students. While sharing the importance of communication and networking; she said that connecting to mentors is very important; seeking professional counselling guidance at an early stage really makes things easy and better for the future. Saumya Yadav discussed the gap between industry and academics. Divya Babbar explained the skill gap to the students and where they can improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Chandni Kirpalani, Registrar of Poornima University explained the need for entrepreneurship skills in the students. She explained the various facilities and opportunities available for entrepreneurs in the current IT market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Swati Gokhru and Suchita Arora moderated the session and in their moderation, they made students aware of the panellists&#8217; journey. Dr Swati intrigued the speakers to enlighten students on various aspects of mentorship, government schemes, courses and challenges and developing business ideas.
