Vijay Sankalp Sabha: PM Narendra Modi in Tonk tomorrow; Security stepped up

The BJP workers and supporters have made all the preparation for the PM’s visit. A large number of people is expected to attend the rally named as ‘Vijay Sankalp Sabha’ on February 23, said officials.

Jaipur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public gathering at Tonk in Rajasthan on Saturday ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The authorities have made elaborate security arrangements.  The public meeting will be held at the Pavilion Ground in Tonk.

The BJP workers and supporters have made all the preparation for the PM’s visit. A large number of people is expected to attend the rally named as ‘Vijay Sankalp Sabha’ on February 23, said officials.

Security and intelligence agencies have been put on alert ahead of Modi’s visit. There is already a high alert in the aftermath of Pulwama attacks. The party is making all the possible efforts to make this rally a big success.

PM Modi will visit several other constituencies of the state during his election campaign for the Lok Sabha elections 2019.

BJP National President Amit Shah also came to Jaipur on February 18 and kickstarted the party’s election campaign in Rajasthan for Lok Sabah elections. He addressed a rally at the city’s Suraj Maidan during ‘Shakti Kendra Samelan’ and paid tribute to the martyrs of Pulwama terror of February 14.

Shah said that the BJP has adopted a Zero tolerance policy against crime, corruption, and terrorism. The Modi government and the Indian army will avenge the loss of Indian jawans in Pulwama attacks.
