Jaipur: Akhil Bhartiya Vidhayarthi Parishad (ABVP) student union has declared two names of its candidates for the presidential posts of the Kota University’s student union elections 2018 which are scheduled to take place on August 31.
A meeting related to this was held in the student wing office on Wednesday. ABVP has nominated Teena Suwalka for the president’s post in Janaki Devi Bajaj (JDB) Science College and Mahima Bansal for the presidential post in JDB Commerce College.
ABVP is likely to announce all the names of the candidates who will be fighting election this time in the Kota University by Thursday.
The electoral atmosphere in the colleges has become more intense with the announcement of the students’ election 2018 dates.
Election preparations have been started by the administration of government colleges affiliated with Kota University. Officials have been selected for the different posts to execute the election process.
