Summer timing changed for Rajasthan high court, subordinate courts: Must-know details

According to a recent notification issued by the Rajasthan High Court, the new timetable will be effective from April 10, 2023, to July 2, 2023.

JAIPUR: In preparation for the summer season, the court and office timing for Rajasthan High Court and all subordinate courts have been announced. According to a recent notification issued by the Rajasthan High Court, the new timetable will be effective from April 10, 2023, to July 2, 2023.

During this period, the timing of judicial work in the Rajasthan High Court will be from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, while the office timings will be from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The new schedule is expected to improve the efficiency and productivity of court proceedings, as well as ensure the convenience and safety of all those involved.

In addition, the court and office timings have also changed for the subordinate courts during this period. The court time for the subordinate courts will be from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with office timings set from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. During this period, the presiding officers will work in their chambers from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM and from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.

The revised timings for both the Rajasthan High Court and subordinate courts have been implemented to ensure that all parties are able to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively. By scheduling court proceedings and office work during the early hours of the day, when temperatures are relatively lower, it is hoped that all involved will be able to perform their duties without compromising their health or safety.
