Jaipur: Students are having a tough time filling up the online examination forms of Rajasthan University for the 2017-18 academic year. The non-collegiate students are the biggest victims. The students have complained about the issue to RU administration on several occasions however they haven’t received any response. Students are unhappy about the lack of efforts on part of the officials.

The students are now meeting the Vice Chancellor and Exam Controller to make their displeasure known. Their complaints are also directed towards the firm which had the responsibility of managing these forms. They are urging authorities to act and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Not only non-collegiate students but also regular students are encountering trouble over these forms. They are unable to fill up the UG and PG forms, neither from home nor from cyber cafes. Reportedly, the old firm managing the forms did not hand over complete examination data to the new firm. According to officials, the old firm lost a lot of recorded data hence students are unable to fill the forms.

The students are complaining that non-collegiate students are being shown as regular and vice versa while filling up the forms. In spite of making several attempts and payments, the hard copy of the form isn’t getting printed. The officials have thus far only responded to students by assuring them that the issue will be resolved however haven’t done anything. According to exam controller VK Gupta, a written complaint has been given by students that is being looked into. He stated that the issue will be resolved soon as the concerned firm has been notified about it. The students meanwhile are worried as the last dates for filling up the form are approaching.
