Special train for Jammu Tawi via Jaipur, Ajmer to run from Apr 28

JAIPUR: In response to the surge in travellers during the summer holiday season, Railways has announced the launch of a special air-conditioned train for Jammu Tawi. Operating once a week, the train will embark from Udaipur and make stops at Ajmer, Jaipur, and Alwar.
North Western Railway has released the timetable for the service. Train 04655, the Udaipur City – Jammu Tawi Garib Rath, will commence operations on April 28, departing every Friday at 2:20 PM and arriving in Jammu Tawi at 3:10 PM the following day. The train will make a 10-minute stop at Jaipur station, arriving at 9:35 PM and departing at 9:45 PM.
The service will operate until June 30. In the return direction, Train 04656, the Jammu Tawi – Udaipur City service, will depart for Udaipur every Thursday at 5:45 AM starting April 27, reaching Udaipur at 7:30 AM the next day. The train will arrive at Jaipur at 11:00 PM and continue towards Udaipur at 11:10 AM.
The Udaipur to Jammu Tawi train will make stops at Mavli, Chanderiya, Bhilwara, Bijainagar, Nasirabad, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Bandikui, Alwar, Rewari, Bhiwani, Hisar, Jhakhal, Dhuri, Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantt, and Pathankot Cantt stations.
