Security stepped up in Jhunjhunu ahead of PM Modi visit

At least 10 IPS officers, 17 ASPs, 57 DSPs, 130 Cis and 150 sub inspectors have been deputed to keep a tab on the security details and law and order. The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to ensure a huge turnout in the rally.

Jaipur: Elaborate security arrangements have been made ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit to Jhunjhunu on Thursday. An SPG team arrived in the town and took over the security of the air strip and venue where Modi will hold a public rally. Chief minister Vasundhara Raje also visited Jhunjhunu on Wednesday and took stoke of arrangements.

The local police have also geared up for the visit. At least 10 IPS officers, 17 ASPs, 57 DSPs, 130 Cis and 150 sub inspectors have been deputed to keep a tab on the security details and law and order. The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to ensure a huge turnout in the rally.

The PM Modi will inaugurate the pan-India expansion of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao  The program is currently operational in 161 districts in the country. It will be expended to all the 640 districts.

The Prime Minister will interact with beneficiary mothers and girl children of the program. He will distribute certificates to best performing districts under BetiBachaoBetiPadhao program,

National Nutrition Mission (NNM) will be launched nationwide by the Prime Minister from Jhunjhunu. He will launch NNM- ICDS Common Application Software. The mission strives to reduce under-nutrition and low birth weight, bring down anaemia among young children, women and adolescent girls and to reduce the prevalence of stunting among children.
