RU declares new dates for five papers of B.Com Part-3 amid student protests

Jaipur: Hundreds of students protested at Rajasthan University in Jaipur after the administration cancelled five out of six BCom Part 3 papers and released new dates for re-exams.
Update: The RU administration yet again announced new dates for B.Com exams following student protest on Friday. The new dates have been given below:
RU had declared new dates for five BCom Part – 3 papers, but bowing to the student protest, they again changed some dates on Friday. Here is the revised schedule:
- Accounts & Business Statistics first paper on May 29
- Accounts & Business Statistics second paper on May 31,
- Economic Administration & Financial Management first paper on June 12
- Economic Administration & Financial Management second paper on June 14
- Business Administration second paper on June 16.

The RU administration said that no changes have been made in the examination centres. Students will be allowed entry with their old admit cards.
The last minute decision to cancel the papers have left students in the lurch as their plans for admission to PG courses will be hampered due to the delay in results. The exams have been cancelled following the paper leak scandal.
Students gathered at RU administration as the news of paper being cancelled spread. They demanded it was too late to conduct exams again.
The special operations group (SOG) had last month busted a gang involved in paper leaks and arrested a Commerce College professor involved in leaking B.Com papers.
