Ritik Boxer arrested from Nepal in G Club firing case
The police have brought Boxer to Jaipur, and he is currently being interrogated
JAIPUR: Jaipur commissionerate police has arrested notorious gangster Ritik Boxer, who is accused of firing at G Club in Jaipur, from Nepal. He is believed to be a close aide of Lawrence Bishnoi.
A special team of the Jaipur Commissionerate police located Boxer’s whereabouts in Nepal a few days ago and went there to make the arrest. The police have brought Boxer to Jaipur, and he is currently being interrogated at the Jawahar Circle police station.
The incident at G Club took place on January 28, when three miscreants fired indiscriminately at this popular club in the Jawahar Circle Police Station area of Jaipur.
The CCTV footage of the incident captured the entire event. Following the incident, Boxer took responsibility for the firing on social media. The Jaipur Commissionerate Police have already arrested the shooters identified as Jayaprakash, Sandeep, and Rishabh. They were trained by Boxer himself.
Boxer has been involved in several criminal incidents in the past, including a case in Hanumangarh Junction where a ransom of Rs 2 crore was demanded from businessman Indra Hisaria on WhatsApp. In that case, the police arrested Ashish Vishnoi, Kartik Jakhar Rawla, and Boxer, and he was sentenced to five years by the local court but later released on bail. He also took responsibility for firing at Hisaria’s shop in December 2022 and was not caught despite the police arresting four other suspects.
Boxer was also involved in calling former BJP councilor Rajendra Chaudhary and councilor Gurdeep Brar and demanding a ransom of Rs 50-50 lakh in January 2023
