Jaipur: RHB is preparing to roll out Ganga and Gulmohar—two new housing schemes in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur—along with another project planned for Sector 26 in Pratap Nagar. The Gulmohar project has already been registered with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under registration number RAJ/P/2025/3696. Each of these Mansarovar schemes will offer 160 flats. Housing board officials said pricing and launch details will be announced soon, as the required formalities have already been completed. These projects are part of RHB’s broader initiative to expand access to affordable and quality housing in Jaipur.

The Ganga and Gulmohar schemes in Mansarovar are expected to be launched between May and June. Aimed at the middle-income group (MIG), the flats will come in 2 and 3 BHK configurations, with prices likely to start around Rs 45 lakh. This will be RHB’s first project in Mansarovar since the Dwarka Apartments, launched in 2010-11.

In addition to the Mansarovar projects, RHB is preparing to launch another scheme in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar, offering around 60 flats to further enhance housing accessibility in the city.

RHB also has plans to launch housing schemes in other cities, including Udaipur, Hanumangarh, Kota, and Barmer. These upcoming projects will feature a mix of independent houses and flats, catering to a wide range of income groups, including the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low-Income Group (LIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), and High-Income Group (HIG).
