Upgraded RERA Jaipur website
Jaipur: The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) launched a new version of its official website on Wednesday (May 1). The platform now promises faster access and a host of online services to help buyers, builders, and agents.
Officials said the redesigned site is a step toward full digitization of real estate processes. It allows users to verify projects, check agent credentials, and file or track complaints — all in one place.
The new interface is more user-friendly. Homebuyers can now easily look up registered, lapsed, suspended, or revoked projects. A general search tool helps users find project details quickly.
The complaints section has also been reworked. Users can view complaints filed against specific projects or promoters. They can check hearing schedules and the status of each case.
Agent-related services have gone digital too. Visitors to the site can register as agents, apply for renewals, update profiles, or even revoke a license. Verification of registered agents is also simpler now.
Promoters now have access to a dedicated dashboard. It lets them upload documents, extend project timelines, revise layouts, and submit required reports. Everything is now streamlined to avoid delays.
RERA officials said the portal would bring more transparency and ease of use for people not familiar with legal paperwork. The website is designed to serve as a one-stop solution for all real estate-related needs.
Homebuyers can now find out whether a project is officially listed with RERA. They can also check if a promoter or agent has any complaints lodged against them.
With this move, RERA aims to strengthen trust and accountability in Rajasthan’s property sector.
