Jaipur: Effigy of Ravana will be burnt at Ramlila Maidan on Thursday, while it will be done at all the other popular places including Adarsh Nagar Dussehra Maidan and Vidhyadhar Nagar stadium on Friday. Ravan Dahan in Jaipur on the occasion of Dusshera is happening on different dates this year.
The effigy of Ravan will be burned around 8.30 pm at Ramleela Maidan near New Gate on Thursday. Here are six places to visit to watch Ravan Dahan during Dussehra festival in Jaipur:

The tallest effigy – nearly 120 feet long – will be on display at Vidhyadhar Nagar Stadium.
Pandits in Jaipur had declared Oct 18 as the date for Dussehra, but since the government declared the festival holiday on Oct 19, the effigy will be brunt on Friday.
The visitors during Ravan Dahan in Jaipur will be able to enjoy relishing tasty snacks at different food stalls, cultural programs, orchestra, swings for kids, games, presentations, mesmerizing fireworks and finally the view of burning effigy of Ravan.
