JDA commissioner Vaibhav Galriya said that the delay in the inauguration and the completion of the Dravyavati Riverfront Project was caused by the monsoon and some other reasons.

Several deadlines have been missed. Earlier, the work was expected to be completed in August.  All efforts are being made to complete the work as soon as possible.

The Rajasthan Government’s another major project – Ring Road – is also getting delayed due to several hiccups.  CM Raje will inaugurate this project also soon.

The government wants to inaugurate all of its pending projects before the enforcement of the model code of conduct in the state for the upcoming elections.
