Details regarding invigilator too will be confidential between the RU administration and the concerned lecturer.

This step has been taken by the RU administration to bring transparency in the process of practical examination results. There were allegations of manipulation of marks but now exams will be conducted with full confidentiality, according to a RU administration officer.

With these amendments, there will no prior information of the faculty conducting practical exams. Even the head of departments will not be aware of which teacher will conduct the exams. Earlier this information was used to be available to all the head of departments and principal prior to the exams. But now the rules have changed. And the process will be as much as confidential as possible.

A message will be sent to the concerned teacher regarding where and when he or she has to take the practical exam. An OTP (one-time-password) will be generated and by logging in the teacher will be able to respond to the message and confirm his or her availability. This information will be confidential between the RU administration and the teacher itself. No external body can interfere in the process and no prior information will be shared with anyone expect the faculty conducting the practical exam.

Students too will be provided with individual passwords so that they can check their marks online with no interference of anyone. They’ll be getting all the details on their phone number registered with the university.
