Rajasthan housing board launches mega residential projects in Jaipur, 16 other cities
Starting Wednesday, online applications for these schemes will be accepted until March 31.

JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Housing Board on Wednesday launched its latest housing schemes in 17 cities across 14 districts of the state.
The Urban Development Minister, Shanti Dhariwal, and Housing Board Commissioner, Pawan Arora, unveiled the scheme booklets at Dhariwal’s residence. Starting Wednesday, online applications for these schemes will be accepted until March 31.
Arora stated that over 4500 flats and villas will be constructed and allocated to the public across all these residential schemes.
In addition to these residential schemes, a commercial scheme, Green Wood Shopping Arcade, with 132 showrooms, was also launched in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.
The Housing Board will provide a total of 1332 houses in Pratap Nagar Sector 22, 23, 26, and 28 of Jaipur; 1090 in Badli of Jodhpur; 288 in Chaupasni; 57 in Beawar of Ajmer; 24 in Hiran Magri of Udaipur; 41 in Patel Nagar of Bhilwara; 41 in Chittorgarh; 71 in Nimbahera; 175 in Khoda of Kishangarh; 504 in Hanumangarh; 317 in Lakheri of Bundi; 189 in Abu Road; 77 in Niwai of Tonk; 10 in Churu; 45 in Dhaulpur; 22 in Bhinder; 27 in Salumbar; 83 in Shahpura; 74 in Badi Sadri; 80 in Banswara Partapur; and 63 in Dungarpur. The schemes cater to HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS category houses.
Arora added that, for the first time, the Housing Board will introduce state-of-the-art independent villas and 4 BHK luxury flats in Jaipur, following in the private sector’s footsteps.
The project will include gated communities, landscaping, clubhouses, indoor-outdoor games facilities, walkways, security, and 24-hour water-electricity facilities. Arora stated that Housing Board allottees would be eligible for bank loans up to 90% from banks.
