Rajasthan High Court Acting Chief Justice nominates 18 judges to sit at Jaipur Bench on April 25

Order issued under the 1976 Establishment of Permanent Bench at Jaipur order for sittings on April 25.

Jaipur: The Acting Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court has nominated 18 judges of the Jodhpur principal seat to sit at the Jaipur Bench on April 25, 2026, an administrative order issued from Jodhpur on Tuesday said. The order was passed in exercise of powers conferred under para (2) of the High Court of Rajasthan (Establishment of Permanent Bench at Jaipur) Order, 1976.

The judges nominated to sit at the Jaipur Bench for the day are Dr. Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati, Justice Vinit Kumar Mathur, Justice Arun Monga, Justice Farjand Ali, Justice Sudesh Bansal, Justice Rekha Borana, Justice Kuldeep Mathur, Justice Anil Kumar Upman, Dr. Justice Nupur Bhati, Justice Yogendra Kumar Purohit, Justice Chandra Shekhar Sharma, Justice Maneesh Sharma, Justice Anand Sharma, Justice Sunil Beniwal, Justice Mukesh Rajpurohit, Justice Sandeep Shah, Justice Baljinder Singh Sandhu and Justice Sanjeet Purohit.

The order has been circulated to all judges of the Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur, to the Registrars (Administration), (Judicial), (Protocol) and (Accounts/Confidential), to the Senior Librarian and Subordinate Courts Estt./Rules and Practice Section, and to the Treasury Officer and the Court Officer at Jodhpur and the Jaipur Bench.

The 1976 order governs the division of work between the principal seat at Jodhpur and the permanent bench at Jaipur, and allows the Chief Justice to nominate judges from one seat to sit at the other for specified days.
