Rajasthan: Four Recruitment exams on same dates; candidates in a lurch

Jaipur: The four recruitment examinations will take place in Rajasthan this week. Thousands of unemployed candidates will be able to appear in only one of them and have to choose one among these four recruitment examinations as the clashing dates have left them in a lurch.

The recruitment examinations which are taking place this month are RPSC’s Senior lecturer recruitment exam 2018
, SSC 2018 Recruitment exam, Rajasthan Jail Prahari (Jail guard) recruitment exam 2018 and Railway group D recruitment exam 2018.

Many students may have to skip three exams to appear in any one of them. The candidates are crying foul as they will miss the opportunity to appear in all the exams and be forced to choose one among the four.

Many candidates had applied for all the four examinations.  Some candidates have written letters to the authorities requesting them to change the date but there had been no response.

The exams dates for four examinations:

•    RPSC’s Senior lecturer recruitment exam 2018: October 28- November 2
•    SSC 2018 Recruitment exam: October 27- November 3
•    Rajasthan Jail Prahari (Jail guard) recruitment exam 2018: October 20-October 30
•    Railway group D recruitment exam 2018: October 29 – November 3
