Rajasthan Congress to release election manifesto tomorrow

Manifesto committee head Harish Choudhary, senior leader Ashok Gehlot, and PCC chief Sachin pilot will be present during the event.

Jaipur: The Congress Party will release its election manifesto for the upcoming Rajasthan assembly polls on Wednesday, as per the sources.

Manifesto committee head Harish Choudhary, senior leader Ashok Gehlot, and Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief Sachin pilot will be present during the event.

According to Harish Chaudhary, chairman of the party manifesto committee, the Congress elections manifesto will be a public manifesto. The party has sought opinions from the public on social media and in general. After the process, the manifesto was finalized.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi promised to waive off farmers’ loan in 10 days in an event on Monday if his party comes to power.

The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) released its election manifesto named as ‘Rajasthan Gaurav Sankalp Patra’ on Tuesday.

The manifesto was released by union ministers Arun Jaitley and Prakash Javadekar in the presence of Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. Several BJP leaders, workers, and supporters were also present at the event.

The senior leaders of BJP claimed that the party has completed more than 95% of promises which were made in the manifesto of 2013 polls.

The Rajasthan polls are scheduled on December 7 and the results will be out on December 11.
