Preparations completed; tourists places and markets to remain closed

The voting for the Rajasthan assembly election 2018 will start at 8 am on Friday. The Election department officials said on Thursday that all the preparations have been made to ensure a fair and smooth voting. Voting machines have been put in place at different polling booths of the state. Polling teams have reported to their respective constituencies.
The markets of the Walled City markets will remain closed till 1 pm. The trader’s association has taken this decision to encourage people to vote. The ban on liquor sale and consumption has also been enforced in the state till tomorrow evening.
Famous Rajasthan’s tourist places including all the forts, museums and palaces will also remain closed for the state assembly elections day. The archaeological department made the announcement on Thursday.
The Rajasthan assembly elections 2018 will be held on December 7 from 8 am to 5 pm in the state for 199 assembly seats. The election results will be declared on December 11.

Party workers roaming door-to-door to invite people for voting

With only a day left in the Rajasthan polls 2018, political parties and leaders are doing door to door campaigning in the state.
Supporters and workers are roaming door to door in their respective constituencies to invite people to vote tomorrow. Social media platforms are inundated with posters and political messages. The ban on liquor sale and consumption has also been enforced in the state till tomorrow evening.
Several independent and rebel candidates are contesting elections against candidates of the major parties, the BJP, and the Congress.
The polling parties started to report to their booths on Thursday. Election department will hold a press conference in the afternoon to inform the media of the election preparedness. Security measures have been beefed up.

Campaigning comes to a half in Rajasthan

Election campaigning in Rajasthan for upcoming Rajasthan assembly elections 2018 has come to an end at 5 pm on Wednesday. No political party or leader is allowed to take out rallies or to conduct public meetings in the state. The campaigning will now be restricted to door to door and social media platforms.
With this, the government officials have declared dry days in the state till December 7 evening. Sale and consumption of liquor will be completely banned from Wednesday to Friday evening. The same will be enforced on December 11, when the results will be announced.

Sachin Pilot’s roadshow in Tonk

PCC Chief Sachin Pilot reached Tonk after conducting a public meeting in Sawai Madhopur on Tuesday. Pilot is contesting the Rajasthan assembly elections 2018, scheduled on December 7 from Tonk constituency against BJP candidate Yunus Khan.
While addressing the crowd during his road show he said that the BJP government did not think of local businessmen of the region during GST and demonetization implementation. The voters should leave behind caste and religion and should vote for the right candidate.
PCC chief said that the people have showered their love and support for him during the election campaign. ‘Every person is now going to write the story of Rajasthan’s bright future together with the Congress’.
With this, the PCC chief ended his election campaign in Rajasthan on December 5. The polls are scheduled on December 7 and the result will come out on December 11. 

PM Modi in Sumerpur, leaves for Dosa

Prime Minister Narendra Modi started election campaigning on Wednesday from Sumerpur assembly constituency of Pali district.
He challenged the ‘Naamdaar’ (Rahul Gandhi) to write all the names of Congress party leaders without consulting someone or cheating. He asked how people who don’t even know the difference between Kumbha Ram and Kumbhkaran could will lead the country.
PM Modi mentioned that people’s vote has transformed Modi from a poor tea vendor into the country’s prime minister. Likewise, they have to turn the developing Rajasthan into a developed Rajasthan by voting the BJP to power.
PM alleged that rather than asking what the BJP did in the last four years, the Congress should first give what they did for five decades 4 when the party was ruling the country.

BJP is fighting elections on the basis of Rajasthan’s development, Rajasthan’s future and benefits to poor and farmers and not just caste like the Congress is doing, added Shah.
Shah stated that the BJP has taken Rajasthan from the lowest ranking states in development to the top 5 developing states of the country. The Congress has no leader and principles. Their CM face is not decided yet. They are just appealing vote on the basis of religion and derogatory words for the Prime Minister.
Shah further said, ‘I am sure that the BJP party will win the elections with majority in Rajasthan with the support of people’.

On the last day of election campaigning, the political parties and their leaders are making last ditch efforts to woo the voters.
PM Modi will be in Sumerpur assembly of Pali district at 11:00 am followed by Dosa at 1 pm. BJP National President Amit Shah will address media in a press conference at 10:50 am in Jaipur following which he will conduct a roadshow in Ajmer at 1:00 pm.
Other leaders including CM Raje, BJP’s national president Madanlal Saini, Chhattisgarh’s CM Raman Singh, Energy minister of UP Shrikanth Sharma, Union ministers Rajnath Singh and Smriti Irani will be in Rajasthan in different constituencies and address public gathering.

PCC chief Sachin Pilot will address a gathering of party supporters in Tonk, the assembly constituency he is fighting the election from. Congress senior leader and former CM Ashok Gehlot will be in Jaitaran followed by a public meeting at his home turf Jodhpur around noon.
Other Congress leaders including Rajbabbar, Kumari Shelja, Bhupendra Singh Hudda, and Manish Tiwari will conduct several road shows, press conferences and public meeting in different assembly constituencies in the state.
The election commission has completed all the preparation for the Rajasthan assembly election 2018, scheduled on December 7. With only a day left in polls, political parties will put every effort in the campaigning.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public gathering in Sikar on Tuesday after. He said that Congress is trying to manipulate voters with their lies and illogical facts.
Modi congratulated CM Vasundhara Raje for her efforts to improve sex ratio, for introducing schemes on female feticides and implementing strict laws of the death penalty for child rapists in Rajasthan under POCSO.
PM Narendra Modi attacked the Congress over surgical strikes saying that “those who gave birth to Pakistan wanted proof of Surgical Strikes.
PM Narendra Modi asked how Rahul Gandhi could oppose chanting Bharat Mata Ki Jai? Modi claimed that a video had gone viral where Congress leaders were seen saying “Bharat Mata Ki Nahi, Sonia Gandhi ki Jai bulwao.”
Modi further stated that the soldiers have been demanding One Rank One Pension (OROP) since the last 40 years during the tenure of Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, and Manmohan Singh’s rule. But Congress government did nothing regarding this. After the BJP govt came to power, they allotted 600 crores for OROP.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi reached Buhana in Jhunjhunu district on Tuesday to address a public gathering ahead of Rajasthan polls. He slipped up once again when he mentioned a project launched by former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot. He referred to the scheme as “Kumbhakaran Project” while the project was actually called Kumbha Ram. Someone sitting behind the Congress national president pointed out the mistake following which Rahul corrected it.<br/ > Rahul Gandhi made several allegations against the BP during his public address.
Rahul Gandhi said that farmers, youth, women and labourers are our ‘Bharat Mata’. In every speech Modi says ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, but in reality, he works for Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi, Anil Ambani. If he talks of Bharat Mata then how can he forget the farmers?
Gandhi further stated, “We will show Mr. Modi how to waive off farm loans in 10 days of forming the government. That is the true meaning of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’. We should take care of those who built this nation’.
Rahul said that PM Modi doesn’t talk about Rafael and unemployment in any of his speeches.
Gandhi alleged that India’s richest industrialists invested and marketed Modi. They made him Prime Minister and now Modi is paying their dues.

PM Modi said that the country is paying the price for the mistakes made by the Congress government. It was due to the greed for power during the India-Pakistan partition that the land of Gurunanak Dev, Kartarpur Sahib which is just 3 km from the Indian border went to Pakistan.
Modi attacked the Congress for perpetuating the ‘dynastic rule’ and avoiding the farmers’ problems during their rule.
He further said that the news headlines during the Congress rule used to be about scams including 2G, coal, submarine, and theft. After the BJP government came to power, there had been no headlines like these in last five years.
Modi stated that the Congress president Rahul Gandhi doesn’t even know the difference between Green chilli and red chilli farming. How will he lead people? The generations of the Congress have no knowledge of agriculture and farmers. They’ve made policies which have destroyed the lives of farmers.
The Modi government recently approved the construction of Kartarpur Corridor in the Cabinet meeting. It will be constructed from Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur to the international border with Pakistan. On the other hand, Pakistan will build this corridor to the International border on its land. Any Indian will be able to reach Kartarpur Sahib through the corridor without any complications after the operation of the project.

Modi to start campaigning in Hanumangarh today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will conduct five public rallies in the last two days of election campaigning. He will reach Hanumangarh first in the morning on Tuesday followed by Sikar and Jaipur at 4:30 pm.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will campaign in Deeg, Jhunjhunu and Sanchore and Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje will address public gatherings at Salumbar, Raipur and Tonk on Tuesday.
Union Minister Smriti Irani will campaign in Jaipur on Tuesday including Sanganer, Civil lines, Kishanpole and Hawa Mahal constituencies and BJP MP Hema Malini will be in Sardarseher, Navalgarh, Rajgarh and Khandaar.

With only two days left for Rajasthan polls 2018, the political leaders have stepped up their campaigns in the state. Congress President Rahul Gandhi will address public gatherings at Alwar, Jhunjhunu and Udaipur constituencies on Tuesday.
Rahul Gandhi will reach Mala Khera assembly of Alwar district at 11:30 am followed by Surajgarh of Jhunjhunu district at 1:15 pm and Salumbar region of Udaipur Gramin at 3:30 pm.
Several senior leaders including Avinash Pandey, Sachin Pilot, Ashok Gehlot, Kumari Shelja, Raghuveer Meena and Bhanwar Jitendra Singh will be with Rahul Gandhi during these public rallies.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public gathering at Vidhyadhar Nagar stadium of Jaipur on December 4 ahead of Rajasthan Assembly polls 2018, scheduled on December 7.
Security measures has been beefed up at the stadium and the party is trying to mobilize workers for the rally. Modi will also address a public meeting at Hanumangarh and Sikar on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public gathering at Dussehra ground in Jodhpur on Monday.
PM Modi said that the Congress did nothing about Mahatma Gandhi’s dream of cleanliness. The Congress leader thought that if the people would remember ‘faqeer’ Mahatma Gandhi then who would remember ‘Naamdaar’ Gandhi.
Modi said that the theft of urea stopped completely during the BJP government’s tenure. Urea was coated with neem so that it can be used only for agricultural purposes and cannot be sold illegally for any other trade.
Earlier, the Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that Modi has no knowledge of Hinduism. But the people will vote for me not for my knowledge of Hinduism, but for the development work I have undertaken, Modi said. He further stated that Congress does not believe in policies of development and progress as they believe in the politics of caste.

BJP National President Amit Shah addressed a public gathering at Kapasan assembly constituency in Chittorgarh on Monday. He said that the Congress was a party without leadership, policy or principals.
Amit Shah said that he had been repeatedly asking Congress President Rahul Gandhi to name the chief ministerial candidate for Rajasthan, but since they don’t have any leadership, they are unable to do this.
The BJP national chief accused Rahul Gandhi compromising national security. He lashed out at the Congress for opposing the surgical strike and supporting intruders.
Shah said that Rajasthan is the land of Bhairon Singh Shekhawat and Sundar Singh Bhandari and a victory for the Congress is impossible here.
He said that the BJP-led government built more than 80 lakh toilets, approved 6 crore gas connections to poor families and built permanent houses for more than 2 crore poor people.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at Dussehra Medan in Jodhpur on Monday ahead of Rajasthan Assembly election. He is scheduled to reach the spot around 2:30 pm in a special charter plane. Jodhpur assembly is the stronghold of Ashok Gehlot.
