Rajasthan: 13 IFS officers transferred, IPS Umesh Mishra, Nina Singh promoted

Jaipur: In yet another major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Rajasthan government transferred 13 IFS officers and promoted two IPS officers. Umesh Misha and Nina Singh have been promoted to the rank of Director General (DG). IFS Sameer Kumar Dubey has been appointed as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (administration).

Sneh Kumar Jain has been posted as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (development) in Jaipur. He was earlier posted as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (headquarters). Similarly, Arindam Tomar has been posted as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief Wildlife Warden. He was earlier Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (development).

Similarly, Arijit Banerjee has been transferred as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (I.T.) from his post of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (silviculture). Gobind Sagar Bhardwaj has been posted as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection and Nodal Officer of FCA). He was earlier posted as the member secretary of Rajasthan Pollution Control Board. Anand Mohan has replaced Bhardwaj.

KCA Arun Prasad has been posted as chief conservator of forests. Other officials who were transferred or are awaiting posting include Shailja Deval, Amar Singh Gothwal, Arun Kumar D, Manas Singh, Maria Shine, and P Balamurugan.

IPS Umesh Mishra has been promoted as DG, Intelligence, while Nina Singh as DG, Civil Rights and Anti-Human Trafficking.
