Rajasthan: 101 IAS, IPS and IFS officers promoted on New Year eve
Principal secretaries Deepak Upreti, Shailendra Agarwal and Sanjay Dixit have been promoted to the post of additional chief secretary. IPS officers Govind Gupta, Sunil Dutt and Amrit Kalash have been promoted to the post of Additional director general (ADG).

Jaipur: In a New Year gift to bureaucrats and police officers, the Rajasthan government on Sunday promoted 101 IAS, IPS and IFS officials. The promotions came into effect on Monday.
Principal secretaries Deepak Upreti, Shailendra Agarwal and Sanjay Dixit have been promoted to the post of additional chief secretary (ACS).
Deepak Upreti is currently posted as principal secretary of home department, Shailendra Agarwal as principal secretary of transport department and Sanjay Dixit as principal secretary of departmental enquiry department.
Proforma promotion has been granted to Yaduvendra Mathur who is currently deputed in the center. He would be given the post of additional chief secretary as soon as he returns to Jaipur.
Those promoted include 40 IAS, 45 IPS and 16 IFS officers.
IPS officers Govind Gupta, Sunil Dutt and Amrit Kalash have been promoted to the post of additional director general (ADG). Lata Manoj Kumar, Umesh Chandra Dutta, and Navjyoti Gogai have been promoted to the post of inspector general (IG).
