Poornima Group celebrates student excellence at “Kalanidhi-2025” annual ceremony

Gold, Silver Medals, and Prizes are presented to talented students in different categories

The annual prize distribution ceremony, "Kalanidhi-2025," was organized by the Poornima Group on Saturday.

Jaipur: The Poornima Group hosted its annual prize distribution ceremony, “Kalanidhi-2025,” on Saturday, celebrating the achievements of its brightest students from Poornima College of Engineering (PCE) and Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET). Parents joined the event, which turned into a showcase of academic excellence, talent, and dedication.

The ceremony was graced by chief guest Mohit Jajoo, Managing Director and CEO of Shubhashish Group and BKJ Airports, who presented awards alongside M.K.M. Shah, Director General, and Rahul Singhi, Director of the Poornima Group. They were joined by Dr. Mahesh Bundele, Director of PCE, and Dr. Dinesh Goyal, Director of PIET. Together, they recognized top-performing students across a range of academic and extracurricular categories.

Among the standout honorees was Ankita Chaudhary of PCE, who received the Shanti Devi Memorial Scholarship along with an e-learning gadget. Chaudhary, along with Abhikriti Saxena, also earned the Basant Kanwar Seth Memorial Award, while Abhay Kumar Mittal was honored with the Shri Arun Chandra Singhi Memorial Award. Tanisha Mahavar received the Anushree Gopalia Memorial Award.

The Best Student honors went to Atharva Srivastava and Abhay Kumar Mittal (Best Boy) and Tanisha Mahavar and Hiya Gurbani (Best Girl). Gold medals were awarded to PCE students Sakshi Sharma, Kartik Bohra, Sunny Sharma, Ankita Chaudhary, and Prince Badgoti, and to PIET students Abhikriti Saxena, Pradeep Sharma, Himanshu Gehlot, Priya Goyal, and Tanishq Bansal.

In addition to individual medals, the event recognized excellence in categories such as Outstanding Contribution, Final and Non-Final Year Projects, Coder of the Year, Best Cultural and Attendance, Sports Person, Stellar Student, and Influencer of the Year.

The program also featured the investiture ceremony for the newly elected Student Council, symbolizing a new chapter in student leadership.

During his address, chief guest Mohit Jajoo commended Poornima Group’s focus on holistic education and applauded its commitment to blending academic rigor with innovation. He encouraged students to “build a future where tradition and technology walk hand in hand.”

The institution also announced its BBA Global Business Program, launched in partnership with Southern Cross University (SCU), Australia, opening new global opportunities for students.

The day concluded with applause, cheers, and a shared sense of pride — a reflection of Poornima Group’s enduring belief that education is not just about grades, but about growth, purpose, and promise.
