Online registration option to be available for Digifest in Udaipur

Jaipur: The Department of Technology and Communications has been burning midnight oil to ensure that the upcoming Rajasthan Digifest is a grand success. The department is making every effort possible to make sure that people are well informed about the fest. The fest, that will be held in Udaipur on December 2 and 3, will provide the facility of online registration. The Deputy Director of the aforementioned department, Sheetal Agarwal, stated that the program for this fest has been finalized. On December 2, from 8.30 am the fest will begin the process of online registration. Online registration work is also on for the hackathon and coding competition. On lines of a marathon, in the hackathon for 24 continuous hours, the coding competition will be competed for and the winning team will walk away with a cash prize of Rs 15 lakhs. The second and third placed teams will receive Rs 10 lakhs and Rs 7.5 lakhs respectively. The two-day fest will be held at Mohanlal Sukhadia University and showcase the talent of engineering and technology students from all over the country. The officials have included 8 different themes in the fest including artificial intelligence and tourism.
