Online registration for Army Day Parade 2026 in Jaipur: What you need to know

Jaipur: The district administration has finalised preparations to turn Army Day Parade 2026 into a large-scale public participation event, allowing citizens to watch the parade through an online registration system. For the first time, attendance will be managed digitally to ensure smooth crowd control and security.
The parade will be held on Mahal Road, Jagatpura, on January 9, 11, 13 and 15, 2026. Registration for the general public will remain open from the evening of January 6 until January 14, 2026. Only registered viewers will be allowed entry, and all attendees must reach the parade venue by 8:45 am on January 15.
How to register
Citizens interested in attending must log in to the Rajasthan government’s SSO portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in using their SSO ID. After logging in, they need to open the Citizen App, go to the G2C section, and select Army Day Parade Registration. The application can be completed in just two steps. Each individual is allowed to make a maximum of two registrations.
Given the high-security nature of the event, strict rules will be enforced at the venue. Items such as drums, cameras, handbags, jewellery, chains, purses, perfumes, needles and other restricted materials will not be permitted inside the parade area. Attendees are advised to travel light and follow instructions issued by security personnel.
Officials said the digital registration system is aimed at ensuring safety while giving citizens a rare opportunity to witness the discipline, strength and ceremonial display of the Indian Army up close during Army Day 2026.
