No new Covid-19 case reported in Jaipur

Jaipur: For the third time in a month, Jaipur didn’t report any case of Covid-19 on Wednesday. The total number of active cases has also gone down to 98 in Rajasthan. Of these, 30 are in Jaipur alone.
Earlier on August 31 and September 12, the case count was zero in Jaipur. It has come as a big relief for the administration and health department because Jaipur reports the highest number of cases and remains the worst-affected city.
Only 7 new Covid-19 cases were reported across the state on Wednesday. Eight recovered and were discharged from hospitals, bringing the tally of active cases to 98. No deaths were reported in the state for the 53rd consecutive day.
Ajmer, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Churu, Dausa, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jaisalmer, Jalore, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Kota, Nagaur, Pali, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar, Sirohi, and Tonk didn’t report any new cases on Wednesday. Udaipur and Bikaner reported two cases, while Alwar, Barmer and Jodhpur reported 1 case each.
Jaipur has reported more than five cases in a day eight times in the past month. Eight cases were reported on August 28, 7 on August 27, 6 on August 25, 5 on August 24, 7 on September 4, 7 on September 5, and 5 on September 19.
