New plotted development Akshara Greens to come up in Sanganer’s Ramjipura Bas Neota; Gets RERA registration

Jaipur: The city’s real estate market has seen a fresh addition with the registration of a new plotted development project, Akshara Greens, by Khedapati Balaji Dream Homes LLP. The project has been registered with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and is located in Ramjipura Bas Neota area of Sanganer tehsil in Jaipur.
Akshara Greens is registered under RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2025/4594, dated December 23, 2025. Construction activity is scheduled to be completed by May 31, 2027. The estimated commencement date was December 21, 2025, while the actual start of work is recorded as January 1, 2026.
The project is spread over a total land area of 17,750 square metres, covering Khasra Nos. 173, 174, 178 and 383/180 in Ramjipura Was Nevta. Out of the total area, 7,168.56 square metres has been earmarked as open space, which includes parks, internal roads, buffer zones and utility areas. The total built-up and saleable area of the project is 10,581.44 square metres.
In terms of layout, the project comprises 93 residential plots. Of these, 81 plots have received sanction, while 12 plots are proposed but not sanctioned. Plot sizes vary across the project, offering multiple options to buyers. Under the Township Policy 2010, 12.5% of plots are required to be mortgaged with the local authority. Accordingly, 12 plots have been mortgaged with Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and will be released after completion of development works and payment of development charges.
The total estimated project cost is Rs. 10.20 crore, which includes an estimated land cost of Rs. 3.70 crore and a development cost of Rs. 6.50 crore.
For financial compliance, three dedicated bank accounts have been opened with ICICI Bank’s DCM, Ajmer Road branch — a collection account, a RERA retention account, and a promoter’s account — in line with regulatory requirements.
The promoter, Khedapati Balaji Dream Homes LLP, operates from Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. With Akshara Greens, the developer is entering Jaipur’s plotted development segment in a location that continues to attract residential interest.
