Jaipur. A National HR Conclave was held on Saturday at Poornima University (PU), Jaipur on the theme ‘Transforming Business for Tomorrow’. Industry leaders and HR professionals from about 20 companies made the students aware of the new ways of doing business in the changing times.
Puneet Rao, COO and co-founder of Metaliio Inc was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony. He told through the examples of the Beatles Music Group, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs that opportunities are not visible, they have to be recognized. Just one incident in life can bring a big change for you.
Under the conclave, panel discussions were held on the topics of ‘The Human Element in the Age of AI:’, ‘Leadership and Innovation in a Dynamic Business Landscape’ and ‘Bridging Technology and Business Strategy’. The experts talked about the balance between technological advancements and preserving the human touch in HR practices. They explored how leaders can drive innovation and adapt to rapidly changing business environments. Also, the need to combine technology with strategic business planning to achieve sustainable growth was also emphasized. Dr. Suresh Chandra Padhy, President, Poornima University gave the welcome address and talked about the four industrial revolutions. Pro-President Dr. Manoj Gupta delivered the vote of thanks.
