JAIPUR: The monsoon has made progress in Rajasthan, bringing much-awaited relief from the heat.
As per the latest update from the met department in Jaipur, the monsoon is set to bring good rains across the entire state in the next two to three days. There has been a change in the monsoon course in Rajasthan, leading to an increase in rain activities in the Jodhpur division.
The northern limit of Monsoon, currently passing through Jodhpur and Sikar, is likely to advance further into other parts of the state in the coming days.
Met department predicts favorable conditions for this progression, with some southern regions of Rajasthan witnessing the monsoon’s arrival.
Meanwhile, a low-pressure area has formed over North Chhattisgarh and neighboring areas, which is expected to move towards North Madhya Pradesh over the next two days. Most parts of the state will experience continued rain activities for the next four to five days.
The arrival of the monsoon and the projected rainfall in Rajasthan is expected to bring respite from the scorching heat and provide relief to farmers, who heavily rely on the monsoon for their agricultural activities.
