Mansarovar: Paradi gang kingpin arrested for murdering RPS officer’s mother

Jaipur: The city police has arrested the man who led the gang involved in the robbery at the house of RPS officer Sanjeev Bhatnargar from Ratlam area of Madhya Pradesh. The robbers had murdered the mother of the RPS officer during the robbery. The police announced a cash reward of Rs 25,000 on the head of Dandhi alias Sultan. Other robbers involved in the crime have already been arrested.

The robbery-cum-murder took place at the RPS officer’s house situated in Bhrigu Marg area of Mansarovar on September 15, 2018. The robbers murdered Sanjeev’s mother Pushpalata and decamped with booty. The police came to know about the involvement of Paradi gang in the crime. Searches were carried in several slum areas of the city. The polce arrested Channa alias Jonny , Shakti, Badam Singh and Badam Singh’s daughter Guddi Mogya for the crime. Most of them were residents of Madhya Pradesh.

The main suspect, Dandhi alias Sultan was on the run. “A  cash reward of Rs 25,000 was announced for any information leading to his arrest. We traced in Ratlam. A team was rushed there and he was arrested,” said the officer.

The officer added that the gang used to conduct recee of the houses by posing as balloon sellers.
