The students are expecting the cut-off lists of other Rajasthan University (RU) constituent colleges to be released in the next 24-48 hours. With the first cut-off list, the admission process has started.

For all the government colleges affiliated with Rajasthan University and other universities, admission will be based on the marks obtained by students in Class 12. The percentage formula will not be used for admission this year.

The government had announced that at least 3 percent of the total seats would be reserved for the wards of employees of the Indian Army, Central Armed Forces and ex-servicemen. The children of Rajasthan Police personnel will also get a place in this quota this year.

The students who lost their parents due to the Covid-19 pandemic will be admitted on the basis of minimum marks and won’t have to pay any tuition fees as well as the accommodation cost.

Students will get 3% bonus as before for girl students in co-education colleges. Online studies will also continue during this time.

For admission, the minimum marks of 45% for the arts and commerce stream and 48% for the science stream in Class 12 will be mandatory.
