Kota Cricket Under – 19 team players injured in accident in Bikaner
According to the police, the incident occurred nearly 7 kilometers from Bikaner. The bus was carrying members of the Kota Cricket Under – 19 team players.

Jaipur: At least 14 people including some players of Kota Cricket Under – 19 team were injured when the bus they were travelling in collided with a truck in Bikaner district on Friday. The condition of two of them, identified as Vikash Gurjar and Parvendra, is stated to be serious; however they are out of danger. According to preliminary reports, nearly 12 people were discharged after primary treatment. Police have registered an FIR against the truck driver and said that further investigation is going on.
According to the police, the incident occurred nearly 7 kilometers from Bikaner. The bus was on its way to Bikaner from Rajsamand. The bus was also carrying members of the Kota Cricket Under – 19 team players.
Both the bus and the truck were damaged after the collision. On getting information about the incident, a police team rushed to the spot and launched a rescue operation.
The police are trying to ascertain as to what caused the mishap.
Senior officials of Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) and Bikaner Cricket Association called up police and administration officers and requested all possible help to inured cricket players.
“One cricketer- Vikas Gurjar has sustained injuries on his head. He is, however, out of danger. Two others have sustained fractures. Most of the people were discharged from a hospital after primary treatment,” said a police officer.
