Jaipur: Kedia Group has launched Kedia’s Tulsi, a luxury residential project in Bani Park—one of Jaipur’s most centrally located and well-connected areas. Known for its old-city charm and access to key hubs, Bani Park now adds a high-end housing option to its profile.
The project offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments, priced between Rs 2.35 crore and Rs 3.99 crore. The 4 BHK units (Flat Nos. 1001–6001) include a carpet area of 1,961.98 sq ft and a saleable area of 3,007 sq ft. The 3 BHK units (Flat Nos. 1002–5002) come with a carpet area of 1,586 sq ft and a saleable area of 2,474.95 sq ft.
