JVVNL: Now send an SMS to register electricity complaints in Jaipur
Earlier people could register complaints only on the Jaipur discom’s call center number – 18001806507, but now the power department has set up more complaint centers at its circle, divisional and sub-divisional level.

Jaipur: Jaipur Vidhyut Vitaran Nigam Limited has released more toll-free numbers to register electricity-related complaints in Jaipur. Earlier people could register complaints only on the Jaipur discom’s call center number – 18001806507, but now the power department has set up more complaint centers at its circle, divisional and sub-divisional level. Moreover, people will be able to send complaints through SMS on the newly launched number – 94140-37085.
“Due to the recent sandstorm, electricity supply was interrupted in many areas. It came to our notice that people were finding it difficult to register their complaints on the call center numbers. Now to make it easier for them to register complaints, we have opened more complaint redressal centers at circle, divisional and sub divisional levels,” said a senior Jaipur Discom officer.
People can send an SMS to 94140-37085 with details of their full address, subdivision code mentioned in the power bill, K Number and account number.
In cases of power supply interruption, you should register a complaint using the following numbers:
