JNVU elections 2018: ABVP, NSUI nominate candidates for president post
Moolsingh Setrawa of ABVP, Sunil Choudhary of NSUI, Independent Candidate Dama Ram and Rajpurohit will be contesting JNVU elections for the president’s post.

Jaipur: The names of the candidates fighting for presidential post in the student union elections 2018 at Jai Narayan Vyas University (JNVU) in Jodhpur were announced on Thursday.
Mool Singh Setrawa of ABVP, Sunil Choudhary of NSUI, independent candidate Dama Ram and Arvind Rajpurohit will contest JNVU elections 2018 for the president’s post.
The student union election 2018 will be held at JNVU Jodhpur on September 10 and results for the election will be declared on September 11 for all the universities in Rajasthan.
The leaders and their supporters have started campaigning on the JNVU premises. Students are putting up posters and banners of their appointed candidates in the university. Police force has been deployed to keep an eye on the law and order situation ahead of the student union elections.
Recently, elections were successfully conducted at all the universities in Rajasthan on August 31.

The student union elections in Jodhpur division are being held in the second phase on September 10 due to the Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra to be taken out by chief minister Vasundhara Raje in the region.
At present in JNVU, the student union is led by Kanta Gwala who is the president. Among others are Hukma Ram Meghwal (Vice – President) Ashok Bhati (General Secretary) Dinesh Vishnoi (Joint Secretary) Bhajan Lal Meghwal (Research Representative).
