Jhalawar International Airport to be functional this year
The Rajasthan government receives final detailed report for the project.

Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has received the final detailed proposal and report, for development of Jhalawar International Airport.
Director of Civil Aviation of Rajasthan Captian Keshri Singh stated that this airport has to be functional by August 2018 and all efforts were being made to meet this deadline. Once functional, Jhalawar airport will be able to cater to the largest aircraft Airbus 380.
Consultant Sangeeta Aviation Services submits the final report to executive engineer of PWD, Jhalawar Division, Govt of Rajasthan, this evening.
According to the report, the estimated cost of the airport is about Rs 169 crores.
