Jaipur: The city’s real estate landscape is set for another major update as the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has decided to replan the Amrit Kunj-II housing scheme to facilitate the allocation of 60 residential plots. The decision was taken during a recent meeting of the Land Property Disposal Committee, chaired by senior JDA officials. The reorganization aims to streamline the distribution of plots and attract investors to the region, including those associated with Rajasthan Rajdhani Udaipur.
As part of the meeting, the authority also approved the allocation of 1.2932 hectares of land in Sanganer for the development of a mini secretariat, signaling the state’s commitment to improving administrative and civic infrastructure in the Jaipur region. Officials said that the replanning of Amrit Kunj-II will ensure the optimal utilization of land while meeting the growing residential demand near the city.
In a move aimed at expanding public services and community facilities, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved land allotments for several institutions across the city. The decision, taken during the recent meeting of the Land Property Disposal Committee, is part of the authority’s ongoing effort to promote organized development and equitable distribution of land for health, education, and social causes.
Under the new allocations, 1,921.63 square meters of land in Sitaram Vihar Vistar-A has been allotted to the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Clinical Training and Research Center, Sanganer, to support expansion and training operations. Similarly, 7,520 square meters have been granted to Child Education Society in Ajmer Road for the establishment of a new educational facility.
The committee also approved the allocation of 3,000 square meters in Kalwad for a new primary health center, aimed at strengthening rural healthcare access. In Rampura Dabri, 5,000 square meters have been earmarked for a government primary health center, ensuring improved medical facilities in suburban zones.
