JDA gears up for Invest Rajasthan Summit 2022
JMC, Heritage will set up special lights on Walled City gates and Jal Mahal.

JAIPUR: Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has started marking preparations for welcoming the guests who will attend Invest Rajasthan Summit – 2022. The civic body is busy beautifying many areas, particularly the routes leading to the venue.
JMC, Heritage will set up special lights on Walled City gates and Jal Mahal. The road from Delhi Road Kunda to Transport Nagar will also be paved. From October 6 to October 8, a three-day tour will be conducted to various sightseeing places in the city. Special lighting has been done on Jorawar Singh Gate along with Sanganeri Gate, New Gate and Ajmeri Gate.
Invest Rajasthan Summit is being organized on October 7 and 8 to encourage investment in the capital by the state government. Regarding this, JDA Commissioner Ravi Jain visited the summit route with senior officials of JDA. There were deficiencies in the beautification works of JLN Marg and Tonk Road. JDC directed the concerned authorities to rectify them with immediate effect. The Enforcement Branch removed about 275 permanent and temporary encroachments on this route.
Various beautification works will be undertaken including planting trees on both sides of the JLN Marg and also on the road connecting Akshay Patra to Mahal Yojana.
