“He had a command over four languages with great oratory skills. He always thought of making a better India. You can’t find any politician like him,” said Akshita.

She added that he faced No confidence motion in 1999 and lost by 1 vote in 13 days of his tenure but he didn’t give up.

“He kept his promises. He was available for people in need. His relations with all the other politicians were really good. He was a remarkable and soft-hearted personality in politics. His work and words will never be forgotten and will always remain in my heart,” Akshita further said.

Mukesh Jain said that he made India a nuclear weapon country.

“On 13 May 1998, he led the successful nuclear test named- Operation Shakti at Pokhran in Rajasthan. A leader like him will always be missed,” Mukesh said.
