JAIPUR: The Department of Science and Technology has announced a change in the operating hours for the Regional Science Center and Science Park in Shastri Nagar, Jaipur.
According to Kailash Mishra, Assistant Director of the Science Park, the new timings will be in effect from April 1 to August 31, 2023. The Science Park will now be open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4.30 pm to 8 pm.

Mishra also confirmed that the center’s weekly holiday will continue to be observed on Mondays. However, the garden will be accessible to the public on Sundays and other holidays. In addition, students visiting the park in groups of 10 from schools, colleges, and institutes will receive free entry. To avail of this offer, the concerned institute in charge must apply to official letterhead.
The Regional Science Center and Science Park is a popular destination for both children and adults, featuring a wide array of exhibits and attractions. Among these are a 3-D theatre, mini planetarium, IT gallery, biotechnology gallery, astronomy gallery, traffic park, battery-operated vehicles, and a fun science gallery. These educational and entertaining exhibits continue to make the center a prime attraction for visitors of all ages.
