Jaipur: A police inspector, Hemant Koli, died while running on a track during a physical test in Rajasthan police academy (RPA) in Jaipur on Thursday.

Koli had recently passed the written exam for circle inspector and had come to RPA from Udaipur for training nearly a month ago.

According to preliminary reports, Koli was participating in a 2-km run when he collapsed on the track. He was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him dead. Preliminary reports suggest that Koli was suffering from heart ailments.
