Jaipur: JVVNL launches mobile number for registering electricity complaints

Jaipur: People were complaining of poor response at the toll free number for registering electricity complaints at JVVNL. The toll free number – 18001806507 – is often found busy or out-of-service.

In order to resolve the problem, JVVNL (Jaipur Vidhyut Vitaran Nigam Limited) has launched a mobile number where people can send an SMS or a WhatsApp message to register their complaints.

A call center employee will contact the complainant immediately after getting the message and register the complaint formally.

The mobile number is – 9414037085.

Many people were complaining that the toll free number launched by JVVNL is often busy, so it takes a lot of time and efforts to register complaint.

“People will not have to waste time now as it would be the responsibility of the call center to get back to the customer as soon as he or she leaves a message,” said an officer.
